1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Nordiqo platform, website (nordiqo.ca), mobile interface, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Nordiqo ("we," "us," "our").
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your account. Your continued use of the Nordiqo platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any updates or modifications we may make from time to time.
2. Eligibility
To use Nordiqo's Services, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- You must reside in a country or jurisdiction where the use of automated cryptocurrency trading platforms is not prohibited by law.
- You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the Nordiqo platform.
- You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- You must complete all required identity verification (KYC) procedures before engaging in any trading activity.
3. Account Registration & Security
When you create an account on the Nordiqo platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or any security breach, you must notify Nordiqo support immediately at support@nordiqo.ca. Nordiqo shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You may not create multiple accounts, share your account with others, or transfer your account to any other person without our prior written consent.
4. Services Description
Nordiqo provides an AI-powered automated trading platform that facilitates cryptocurrency trading through partner brokers. Our Services include access to the Nordiqo AI trading engine, real-time market analysis tools, portfolio management features, demo trading accounts, and customer support.
Nordiqo acts as a technology provider and does not itself hold, custody, or manage your funds. All trading is executed through our regulated broker partners. Nordiqo is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment company. The use of AI and automated trading features does not eliminate the risk of financial loss.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fees
To begin trading on Nordiqo, a minimum deposit of $250 USD (or equivalent in your local currency) is required. This deposit constitutes your trading capital and is not a platform fee.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time through your account dashboard. Nordiqo processes withdrawal requests typically within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment method and financial institution, and may take 1–5 business days.
Nordiqo does not charge account setup fees, monthly subscription fees, or deposit fees. The platform earns revenue through a small commission on profitable trades. All applicable fees are disclosed transparently in your account dashboard prior to trade execution.
6. Trading Risks & Disclaimers
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of financial loss. The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly within short periods. Past performance of the Nordiqo AI engine or any trading strategy is not indicative of future results.
You acknowledge and agree that: you may lose some or all of your invested capital; automated trading does not guarantee profits; market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably; and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Nordiqo strongly advises that you only trade with funds you can afford to lose and that you consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Nordiqo platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you shall not:
- Use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform's systems, algorithms, or infrastructure.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform in ways not authorized by Nordiqo.
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any form of abusive trading practices.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Nordiqo software.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Nordiqo platform without authorization.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the Nordiqo platform and official website are the exclusive property of Nordiqo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial trading purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Nordiqo content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nordiqo and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the platform.
In no event shall Nordiqo's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of fees you have paid to Nordiqo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Account Termination
You may close your Nordiqo account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your original payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times.
Nordiqo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the security or integrity of our platform.
11. Modifications to Terms
Nordiqo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Nordiqo platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
